METHOD OF HANDLING WASTE DISPOSAL a. Drill cuttings will be buried in the reserve pit. b. Chemical toilet facilities will be provided for human wastes. c. Garbage and trash will be hauled to disposal facilities. 2. LOCATION AND SOURCE OF WATER SUPPLY a. Water will be transported by truck over existing roadways. b. No water well is to be drilled on this lease. 3. RESTORATION PLAN a. Backfilling leveling and contouring are planned as soon as all pits have dried. b. The soil banked material will be spread over the area. Revegatation will be accomplished by planting certified weed -free grasses. c. Rehabilitation operations will begin immediately after the drilling rig is removed. If production is obtained, the unused area will be restored as soon as possible. Planting is considered best in Spring, 1990, unless requested otherwise. METHOD OF HANDLING WASTE DISPOSAL a. Drill cuttings will be buried in the reserve pit. b. Chemical toilet facilities will be provided for human wastes. c. Garbage and trash will be hauled to disposal facilities. 2. LOCATION AND SOURCE OF WATER SUPPLY a. Water will be transported by truck over existing roadways. b. No water well is to be drilled on this lease. 3. RESTORATION PLAN a. Backfilling leveling and contouring are planned as soon as all pits have dried. b. The soil banked material will be spread over the area. Revegatation will be accomplished by planting certified weed -free grasses. c. Rehabilitation operations will begin immediately after the drilling rig is removed. If production is obtained, the unused area will be restored as soon as possible.
