MINIMUM GRADE OF HOUSE SEWER SHALL BE 1/8" TO 1/4" PER LINEAR FOOT. 19. A TEMPORARY SERVICE IS BEING UTILITZED FROM A TRAILER UNTIL THE HOUSE CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE. 20. THE SYSTEM IS OVERSIZED FOR THE PROPOSED 4 BEDROOM HOUSE. THERE IS CAPACITY FOR ANOTHER 2 BEDROOMS OR ANOTHER BUILDING WITH A EQUIVALENT USE OF 2 BEDROOMS SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE. TRENCH NOTES 1.
