Re: Final Plat - Sierra Bluffs Filing #1 Subdivision
Dear Mark:
Enclosed with this letter are the following original Final Plat documents for the Sierra
Bluffs Filing #1 Subdivision. All have been executed by the owners and are presented for
approval and signature as necessary by Garfield County.
1. Revised Final Plat.
2. Revised Subdivision Improvements Agreement. (The change requested by Don
DeFord in Section 9 on Building Permits has been made.)
3. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements.
4. Quit Claim Deed for Well Permit and Easement Utilities to the Homeowners
Association.
5. Revised title insurance commitment for one of the proposed lots.
The owners will provide evidence of payment to the electrical company for that work and
will provide cash security directly to the County for the revegetation charge. Mr. Porter and
Mr. Collins request the County Commissioners' acceptance of these documents as soon as
reasonably convenient.
