RE:Amended Final Plat for Lots 1 & 2 The purpose of the amended plat is to utilize the available land and create more equal land use due to the impact of the Colorado River on Lot 1.1 have calculated several lots within 15-20 % of the new Lot 2.There will be no change to drainage or access due to the new Iots.Also a agreement has been reached with the owner of the power pole to be removed.Until the actual removal the pole the easement of 5' on either side of the old lot line shall stay in place. The lots that I have caculated are Lot 11 131k 4 (7700 sq. ft.)Lot 34 Blk 5 (8400 sq ft.)and Lot 12 Blk 5(8850 sq.ft.)There might be a few more but I think it's a good sample.The intent of the new lots is to incorporate the existing use of the structures Also there is ample off street parking in the configuration of the Iots.A11 easements will be maintained and a 5' on either side of the new lot line will be added.In conclusion it is Jukic desire to match the existing subdivision and its use to the new lots.
