Regards, Andy Schwaller Building Official Garfield County From: Jay Harrington[mailto:jharrington@carbondaleco.riet] Sent: Tuesday, November 01, 2016 11:21 AM To: Andy Schwaller <aschwaller@garfield-countv.com> Cc: Mark O'Meara <momeara@carbondaleco.net>; Mark Hamilton (MEHamilton@hollandhart.com) <MEHamilton@hollandhart.com>; Kevin Batchelder <kbatchelder@garfield-countv.com>; Fred Jarman <fjarma n@garfield-countv.com> Subject: CRMS Faculty Housing Andy, The Town of Carbondale respectively requests that Garfield County does not issue a C.O. for the current faculty housing project until confirming with the Town that CRMS has met their water dedication requirements and have valid water taps for the project. As per pages 4 and 5 of the attached Board of Trustee minutes from 6/8, CRMS was to dedicate required water rights to the Town prior to C.O. CRMS has not completed this dedication to date and the Town currently does not consider CRMS to have valid water taps for the project. Sincerely, Jay Harrington 1
