A parcel of land situated in the S'kSElt of Section 30, Township 5 South, Range 91
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado, lying Northerly
of the Northerly right-of-way fence line of County Road No. 250, Easterly of the
Easterly bank of a drainage gulch being approximately 40 feet from its
centerline, and Southwesterly of the Southwesterly toe of slope of the East
Lateral of the Farmers Irrigation Company Ditch, said parcel of land is more
fully described as follows:

The above described parcel of land is subject to the easement or right-of-way of
the East Lateral of the F-rmers Irrigation Company Ditch, also subject to an
easement along the small irrigation ditch which runs along the Southwesterly
side of said Farmers Irrigation Company Ditch, also subject to utility line
easements or right-of-ways as now constructed and in place or of record.
This description amends a 16.42 acre parcel as surveyed, dated and
exempted by Garfield County, Colorado in December 1979 and January 1980,
by additional acreage of the existing corral in the NW Corner of the above
described.
The bearing source for this survey established by solar observation. Use
N.00024'00"W. between the Southwest Section Corner and West Quarter Corner
of said Section 30.
