Don: The only concern that I have with this plan is one that I seem to have with many that I see proposed for construction in Battlement .Mesa. That is how do they provide the Occupancy Separation between the garage and the dwelling with the only access to the attic indicated in the ceiling of the garage? They need to verify for you that they are continuing the Occupancy Searation in. the attic between the garage and(the dwellingand if they are providing an access from the attic over thearc e- into the attic over the dwet hat the access door com Cies with Sec. 302.4 exception 3.
