Garfield County Commissioners
109 Bth Street
Glenwood Springs, CO Bl-601
Gentlemen:
Mr. Lawrence C. Taylor representing Rifle Land and Cattle,
a partnership respectfully submits an application for a Senate
Bill 35 Exemption. His desire is to divide a 40.06 acre parcel
into 3 parcels of l-0, 10 and 20 acres. The 40.06 acre parcel is
owned by Gary R. Cowan. t{r. Taylor has an agreement with the
Cowan family to attempt to divide the land so that they can
further deed the land to family members.
The three parcels w111 have direct access to County Road
#331. The domestic water supply wil l be by orle existing water
well which permits water availability for 3 domestj-c uses.
Methocl of sewage disposal would be by individual septic systems.
The only domestic use of the land at this time is that there is a
unoccupJ-ed mobile home on the property.
Your thoughtful consideration of this application will be
appreciated.
Sincerely for Mr. Taylor,
