Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 3C -2F -101(10)(a) - (d) as amended,
and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted
September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02.17(d) and
3.02.01, the undersigned Carol A. Silvius
respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution A parcel of land situated in the
WSW of Section 5 and in the E2SEA of Section 6, all in Township 6 South,
Range 92 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, lying 'Westerly of the Westerly
right-of-way fence of a county road as constructed and in place,
Northeasterly of the centerline of the Iower Cactus Valley Ditch and
Southerly of a fence as constructed and in place, said parcel of land is
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly right -or -way fence of said county
road, whence the Southeast Corner of said Section C bears: 5.00°25'46"U
]417.7P feet; thence 5.00°09'51"'Y. 107.13 feet along said right-of-way fence;
thence S.00°03'41" W. along said right -of -wady fence, 234.49 feet to a point
on the centerline of said ditch; thence along sate: .centerline 3.36006'19" V.

The above described parcel of land contains 10.92 acres, more or less.
The above described parcel of land is subject to the Lower Cactus Valley
Ditch right-of-way. A right-of-way for access will be provided for by
owner of above described parcel of land.

"subdivision land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section
30 -2F -101(a) - (d) and the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations, for the
