I appreciate the thorough review. This project was started over a year ago and was delayed until the owner received his financing. So yes, I was using the 2015 IBC/IRC and the 115 mph for the Hudson project when we picked up the project again, however I forgot to update my cover sheet and general notes. And yes, I personally prepared the PDF structural set for Mr. Carlson. Let me update that and get you a new PDF set Monday.
