Foundation Plan (Sheet S3.0) shows 8" cast -in-place concrete at exterior foundation walls, but architectural details
illustrate foundation as ICFs ... which is correct? Will drawings be updated to match each other?

As I've been conducting my plan review of the above referenced project, I have a couple of questions I'm hoping that
you can assist me with:
• Soils Report — Has a soils report been prepared for this project? If so, can you provide me with a digital copy for
our file?
• Irrigation Ditch Relocation — Is there an agreement in place for proposed relocation of the irrigation ditch? If so,
please provide verification of this agreement, as this affects setbacks to the proposed septic system.
