An investigation by this office has revealed that the scope of work you are doing is greater than we originally understood. The entire second floor of your home has been demolished and reconstructed. We need to issue a new permit that encompasses the work actually being done. Please submit a new permit application complete with two sets of drawings that reflect work being done. The framing and new roof structure will have to meet Uniform Building Code Standards. A state electrical permit will also be required. The "Stop Work" order that was issued to you will continue to be enforced until the work being done has been properly permitted.
