DATE: 03/08/2017 SUBJECT: Signage on CR 154 near Hwy 82, Glenwood Springs CO
Mike,
You and I have made site visits as well as had several discussions concerning this location and the possible issues that development may bring, namely citizen safety during construction and later when the housing project is complete if the speed limit is not lowered and parking congestion on CR 154 during the construction project as well as afterwards when the housing units are occupied.
At this time I feel that this course of action is in the best interest of the citizens and our respective agencies. Regards,
