Tamera,
This email is to let you know that we have meet with Chris Hale, Mountain Cross Engineering about fire department
access, turn around needs and water supply at Buffalo Valley. After our discussion Chris was able to make changes to the
original site plan and fire hydrant locations to meet our needs. Thus the new site plan and fire hydrant locations meet
our permit condition required for this phase of the project. If you need more information or have questions please
