All manual balancing dampers were locked in the full open position. AREAS THAT EXCEED PROJECT SPECIFLICATION TOLERANCES: All areas that exceed project specification tolerances are marked throughout this report. PROFESSIONAL BALANCE BALANCE REPORT PROJECT SUMMARY I REMARKS COMPANY DESCRIPTION AND BRIEF RESUME PROFESSIONAL BALANCE is a sole proprietorship with a registered trade name in the State of Colorado. I operate out of my remote ranch at the end of Salt Creek Road in Collbran, Colorado. I have been a registered professional engineer in Ohio since 1972 and in Colorado In 1989. I was an HVAC draftsman/designer for Mechanical Consulting firms in Ohio from May 1963 thru October 1972.1 was a Design/Build registered mechanical engineer for Gorman Lavelle Mechanlcal Contractors from October 1973 thru October 1984. I operated a one man mechanical consulting firm, Mikey Mechanical Inc. from October 1984 thru June 1989 when I moved from Ohio to my ranch in June of 1989. I built a house and ranched for 5 years. I worked for Burke Associates Consulting Engineers in Grand Junction Colorado from February 1995 thru October 1996 as a registered HVAC mechanical system design engineer and balancing engineer when I left to start Professional Balance. I became a NEBB Certified Supervisor in March 2005 but dropped my certification in March of 2016 as part of my retirement plans. I am no longer estimating any balancing projects and should be completely retired by the summer of 2017. Nothing has changed with my balancing methods or data sheets since I am no longer NEBB certified except the data sheets logo.
