I observed that there appeared to be not deterioration of logs The floor bearing TII's show signs of exposure, by discoloration, to sun and rain, but have not delaminated. I was unable to observe plywood because it is covered under waterproofing as well as ioe and snow. It may be that, during our next inspection in good weather, we will request that a Colorado registered design professional certify to us that the structure is in sound condition. I have advised our Building Official, Mr Andy Schwaller, that you will communicate with him regarding renewal of building permit 6458, per section 106.4.4 of 1997 Uniform Building Code, before any further work is donne.
