in order to understand the scope of th work intended under a permit application and
expedite the issuance of a pe,rmit it is impoitant that complete information be
provided. Adequate and complete information will prevent delays in the plan review
process. Reviewing a plan and the discovery that required information has not been
provided by the applicant may result in the delay of the perrnit issuance and in
proceeding with building construction. The owner or contractor may be required to
provide this information before the plan review may proceed. Thicauses delays

information may be reviewed after it has been provided to the Building Department.

Attached is the original Subsoil study and perco;ation testing performed

purchased the ot from the pines in May 1996 and are proceeding with
constructing a single family house,
