The Planning Department cannot approve the permit, as submitted, for the following reason: 1] The proposed, new structure would violate the required, 25 foot rear -yard setback_ The site plan imposed on the improvement location certificate indicates the structure would be built approximately 23 feet from the rear lot line. Adequate and complete information will prevent delays in the plan review process. Reviewing a plan and the discovery that required information has not been provided by the applicant may result in the delay of the permit issuance and in proceeding with building construction. The owner or contractor may be required to provide this information before the plan review may proceed. This causes delays because other plans that are in line for review may be given attention before the new information may be reviewed after it has been provided to the Building Department. Please review this document to determine if you have enough information to design your project and provide adequate information to facilitate a plan review.
