Ok OA ReStore, Proposed Road Impact Fee: $69,527.40 The parking lot is proposed to be reduced from 166 t 9 p'er sketch below: The savings to delete this scope of work from the contractor is estimated at $96,224 for the asphalt paving, the subgrade prep and the retaining wall on the NE corner of the site which can also be deleted due to additional space to grade on site. Proposed Scenario 1: As originally designed, only a small portion of the parking lot as required for accessibility was assumed to be paved (highlighted in gray below). The savings associated with this scope of work is $27,724. Within this proposal HFH would pay this amount as a road impact fee, and request forgiveness on an agreeable portion of the $41,803 balance with the BOCC.
