Introduction
To whom it may concern;

In December of 2008, Rabbit Investments, LLC and Frog Enterprises, LLC, corporations solely held by
Arlene Bush, executed three Quit Claim Deeds transferring pieces of parcels 2409-123-00-014 and 2409-
114-00-175 to Arlene Bush. Boundary Line Adjustment Affidavits were completed and recorded
simultaneously with the Quit Claim Deeds under reception No. 761311 and inadvertently created two
distinct and separate parcels.
The purpose of this Final Plat Amendment is to correct the Amended Borush Exemption Plat as required
under Section 6:00 of the 1984 Subdivisions Regulations governing amended plats and merge the two
inadvertently created separate parcels into Lot 1, of the Amended Borush Exemption Plat. This would
correct the illegal subdivision that currently exists.
