Request for Waiver of Section 5-402.1 Codes, Covenants & Restrictions
To whom it may concern;

I am respectfully requesting a waiver to Section 5-402.1 Codes, Covenants & Restrictions portion of the
Submittal Requirements. Pursuant to Sec 4-202.c of the Garfield County Land Use Code in consideration
of the following:
1) The project size, complexity and anticipated impacts
2) All plat notes remain in effect
3) No change in codes, covenants or restrictions will be made
a waiver to the Covenants and Restrictions portions of the Submittal Requirements is supported.

Request for Waiver of Section 4-230.K. Improvements Agreement
To whom it may concern;
I am respectfully requesting a waiver to Section 4-203.K. Improvements Agreement portion of the
Submittal Requirements. Pursuant to Sec 4-202.0 of the Garfield County Land Use Code in consideration
of the fact that no construction of improvements will take place with this Final Plat Amendment, there is
no need to insure:
a. The project or development is completed
b. The Applicant performs all improvements
c. There will be no increase demand on public facilities or services
a waiver to the Improvements Agreement and Codes, Covenants and Restrictions portions of the
Submittal Requirements is supported.
