1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (I.R.C.)
AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.)
2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED
"GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES NOTED ON
PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 2500 PSF.
4) PROVIDE A LOT IMPROVEMENT SURVEY AT FRAMING INSPECTION FOR VERIFICATION
OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
A) ALL STRUCTURES ARE FULLY CONTAINED WITHIN THE PLATTED BUILDING
ENVELOPE INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS & PROJECTIONS.
B) PROVIDE BUILDING HEIGHT ELEVATION SURVEY TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
WITH MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT OF 25 FEET.
5) INSTALLATION OF A RESIDENTIAL FIRE -SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS REQUIRED AND SHALL BE
IN ACCORDANCE TO NFPA 13D OR I.R.C., SECTION P2904. VERIFY ALL REQUIREMENTS
AND COORDINATE INSPECTIONS WITH LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF
ROUGH -IN APPROVAL AT FRAMIING INSPECTION, AND FIRE DISTRICT SIGN -OFF AND
APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF
OCCUPANCY.
6) VERIFY REQUIREMENTS AND COORDINATE INSPECTIONS OF VERTICAL LIFT WITH
NORTHWEST COLORADO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS' (NWCCOG) ELEVATOR
INSPECTION PROGRAM. PROVIDE FINAL SIGN-OFF/APPROVAL AT FINAL BUILDING
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
