Date \ of File Number: ---- Fee Paid: Addendum to application to Mineral Rights due diligence: Merrill and Pam Johnson went over to the Garfield county clerk's office on 4/2112017 to do due diligence regarding mineral right ownership with the help of Beverly and Chrissy to look up the one reservation of a perpetual non-participating royalty of Ll32 of all oil, gas and other minerals, as reserved in instrument recorded in Book 375 at Page 50. This is a limiting qualification and or condition otherwise we own all Mineral Rights on property. We tracked the book and found the owners of the l/32 ownership to be Charles P. Renftle and Ima Renftle . We found that the last reference of said mineral rights or oil was in 1975 in Garfield County with a release of a lien. These mineral holders of deed and certificate of land are Charles P. Renftle and Ima Renftle and are deceased. No transfer of mineral rights from them to another party exists. Web address to article showing their passing. http://www.post¡ndependent.com/news/harvey- phillip-renftle/ This rcscarch shows that no one else owns mineral rights on this land and we own all mineral rights on this property. u,/ ßoot< 269 Record'ed. at J.25 P.
