The applicant is encouraged to treat the inventoried noxious weeds prior to construction as stated in the submitted plan. Staff recommends a revegetation security of $5,000 ($2500 per acre x 2 acres of disturbance). The security shall be held by Garfield County until vegetation has been successfully reestablished according to the Reclamation Standards section in the Garfield County Weed Management Plan. The Reclamation Standards at the date of permit issuance are cited in Sections 4.06, 4.07 and 4.08 of the Garfield County Weed Management Plan (Resolution #16-12).
