Our office is the structural engineer of record for the noted residence. As such we
issued structural construction documents dated Ma¡ch 29,2017.
Those construction documents, with respect to structural requirements are in
compliance with the International Residential Code, 2105 Edition, and they are
structurally acceptable to safely resist wind loads based upon a 115 MPH Ultimate Wind
Speed.
