Dear Eric:
Our firm represents Joseph T. Dockery, General Partner of Krisujen Realty, L.P., which
owns Lots A10 and A11 in Filing 1, Aspen Glen. Mr. Dockery desires to combine Iots A10 and
A11 into one lot for building purposes. Enclosed for review by the Planning Departrnent is a
proposed Amended Plat showing the reconfiguration of Lots A10 and A11 into one lot designated
A10-A, consisting of approximately I .268 acres. The Amended Plat dissolves the common lot line
between Lots A10 and A11, and provides for the vacation of the 15' utility easement between said
lots. Other than the above-mentioned easement, all previously dedicated easements are preserved
on the Amended Plat. The new lot satisfies the building setback requirements of the Aspen Glen
PUD zone regulations. The modified building envelope will not obstruct the viewplane of any
neighboring lots nor will it be detrimental to the appearance of the surrounding areas.
The Aspen Glen Design Review Committee has approved Mr. Dockery's request to merge
Lots A10 and A11 by letter dated October 22, 1997, a copy of which is enclosed. Also enclosed
is a check in the amount of $100 for the filing fee. We request that this application be presented
to the Board of County Commissioners at the next convenient meeting. I would appreciate
receiving a copy of the staff report prior to the Board's consideration of the request. If the request
is approved, we will provide an affidavit of limited partnership or other document evidencing Mr.
Dockery's authority to transact business on behalf of Krizujen Realty, L.P.

Dear Carolyn,
The Design Review Committee met on October 22,lgg7 to review Joseph Dockery's proposed merger
of Lots Al0 and At I in Filing l, Aspen Glen. The Design Review Committee has appiorid this
cbnsolidation and agrees to designate this single lot as loi Al0-A.
Per your letter dated October 13,1997, Aspen Glen agrees to vacate the utility easement along the
common lot line of Al0 and Al I to allow for the merger of the two lots and rlconfiguration olthe
building enfelope. AdditionallY, Por the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
for Aspen Glerl lot Al0-A will be designated as one unit for purposes of assessment of Homeowner
Association dues.
The $1000 review fee received by Aspen GIen has been placed in the Homeowners Association at Aspen
Glen operating account. In the event that Mr. Dockery does not decide to proceed with the design
review process, please notify the Design Review Committee and a refund will be given.
