accompanying plat are hereby dedicated and set opart to the
Homeowners Association at Aspen Glen, Inc., o Colorado not-for-
profit corporation, for the use of the members and guests thereof,
subject to:
1. Ths right of oppropriats public utility companies,
including the Roaring Fork Water & Sanitotion Distn"ct ond those
with whom the District hos contracts to provide water or
wasts water service, to utilize said streets and roods as
ub7lty easements;
