DIRECTOR DETERMINATION
Amended Final Plat, Aspen Glen Clubhouse Lots 1 and 2
Garfield County File Number SFP1709
Dear Mr. Lee,
This letter is provided to you as the authorized representative for the owner /
applicants of Lot 1 and 2, Aspen Glen Clubhouse. A request for an
Administrative Permit for an Amended Plat to move a lot line between Lots 1 and
2 has been reviewed and a Director Determination is issued approving the permit
subject to the following conditions:
1. All representations of the applicant within the application shall be
considered conditions of approval unless otherwise modified by the
Determination of the Director.
2. The Applicant shall meet all requirements of the Garfield County Unified
Land Use Resolution of 2008 and shall meet all building code
requirements.
Adjacent property owners may request reconsideration of this
determination within 10 days. The Board of County Commissioners may
call-up the application for review within 14 calendar days. The timeframe
commences from the date of determination. If no request for
reconsideration is received, the County will request the applicant to
provide a mylar that will be signed by the BOCC and recorded.
