This proposed amended plat is being submitted on behalf of the owners of the two affected lots and the Aspen Glen Golf Company, the current beneficiary of the golf course corridor, drainage and irrigation easement shown on the proposed amended plat. The purpose of this amended plat is to reduce by ten feet the width of the golf course corridor, drainage and inigation easement, and thereby expand by that same dimension the building envelopes on Lots H26 andH27. After the modification, the revised building envelopes will comply in all respects with the setback and other zoning restrictions contained in the applicable zone district for the Aspen Glen PUD. Neither of these lots was affected by any geotechnical constraint, so the increase in the size ofthe building envelopes is consistent with all Aspen Glen PUD and Preliminary Plan conditions regarding the location of building envelopes. Finally, although the affected lots are now owned by third parties, the reduction in the size of the golf course corridor easement and resultant increase in the size of the building envelopes has been reviewed and approved by Aspen Glen Golf Company and the Aspen Glen Homeowners Association, through its design review committee. I am also enclosing with this letter a copy of the completed Amended Plat Application Form with our check in the amount of $140.00 which we understand to be the applicable filing fee. It is my understanding that you will submit this application for amended final plat to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration at the first available opportunity. Assuming the Board approves this Application, we will then prepare an original mylar of the amended final plat, REGE|VEDHAR2s2002 BALCOMB & GnppN, P.C.
