Easement Statement:
1. There shall be an easement for utilities, drainage, irrigation and pedestrian
access for sidewalks along the front lot lines of all lots. These
easements will be 11.5 feet wide on streets with 27 foot R -0—W width
and 15.5 feet wide on streets with 29 foot R -0---W width.
2. Emergency vehicular access is allowed to all internal roads.
3. All internal roads can be used as utility easements.
4. There shall be for utility, drainage, and irrigation purposes a 15
foot wide easement, 7.5 feet on each side of all side and rear lotlines.
5. All internal and entry roads are subject to a permanent access
easement for use and benefit of the owner of the Aspen Glen Club
and the club's members and employees.
The sole purpose of this amended plat is to modify the golf course
corridor, drainage and irrigation easement to the configuration shown
and dimensioned on this plat.
The real property depicted and described on the within Amended Plat
is subject to all plat notes set forth on the Final Plat, Aspen Glen,
Filing No. 7, recorded 23 Sept., 1999, as Reception No. 552596.

The aforesaid owner does hereby restate and rededicate all dedications made of
