PO Box 4815 Basalt, CO 81621 BUILDING & PLANNING DEPARTMENT RE: Plat Amendment for Lot 18 of Blue Creek Ranch Subdivision - Expiration Dear Mr. Newland, This letter is to inform you that the approval for the Amended Plat for Lot 18 of Blue Creek Ranch Subdivision as submitted on March 5, 2007 and approved May 14, 2007 expired on August 14, 2007. This expiration is per Condition Number 3 as approved by the Board of County Commissioners on May 14, 2007 (See Attached). To date, a Mylar for the approved Amended Plat has not been submitted or signed within the mandatory 90 days from the date of approval.
