Holy Cross Energy has adequate power supply to provide electric power to the development, subject to the tariffs, rules and regulations on file. There will be off-site costs assessed to the developer to upgrade our system from the Colorado Mountain College area to the development. Power line enlargements, relocations, and new extensions necessary to deliver adequate power to and within the development will be undertaken by Holy Cross Energy upon completion of appropriate contractual agreements and subject to necessary governmental approvals.
