Sharp and Aubrey Sharp proposing to dedicate and transfer to Garfield County, Colorado, a portion of land known the Loop of Rose Lane, Daisy Lane and Willow Lane; and WHEREAS, residents in the vicinity of said roads have asked that the County accept said dedication, incorporate said road into the County Road System and perform maintenance on said road. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, as follows: 1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts the dedication of a public right-of-way known as the Loop of Rose Lane, Daisy Lane and Willow Lane, and as described in the copy of the Quit -Claim Deed attached hereto as Exhibit A at Parcel 1 in said Quit -Claim Deed and hereby orders that said road be incorporated into the County Highway System and that the Road and Bridge Supervisor include said road as described at Parcel 1 in Exhibit A attached hereto on the official map of the County Highway System pursuant to the provisions of Section 43-2-101, C.R.S., as amended.
