RESOLUTION NO. 90-091
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ROSE LANE NORTH EXTENSION,
COTTONWOOD LANE, AND WILLOW LANE NORTH EXTENSION
AS COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, is entitled to accept rights-of-way properly dedicated
to the public, for use by the public, and on behalf of the public,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 43-2-201(1)(a), C.R.S., as
amended; and
WHEREAS, Jack R. Sharp and Aubrey Sharp have executed a Quit -
Claim Deed to the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, certain parcels for use as public roads; and
WHEREAS, said Quit -Claim Deed proposes to transfer to Garfield
County by Quit -Claim Deed a parcel of land referred to in said
Quit -Claim Deed as Parcel 2, also known as Rose Lane North
Extension on the proposed County road dedication plat; Parcel 3,
also known as Cottonwood Lane on the County road dedication plat;
Parcel 4, also known as Willow Lane North Extension on the County
road dedication plat; and
WHEREAS, residents in the vicinity of said roads have asked
that the County accept the Quit -Claim of the aforementioned parcels
as dedications of roads for use by the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Garfield County, as follows:
1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts the
dedication of public rights-of-way set forth in the descriptions

contained in Exhibit A attached hereto. The acceptance by this
Resolution is limited to those descriptions contained in the Quit -
Claim Deed and described as Parcel 2, Parcel 3 and Parcel 4, as
well as Parcel 5. The foregoing parcels shall be and hereby are
accepted as public roads open and available for use by the public
as roads. The aforementioned parcels are not hereby accepted into
the County Rod System, nor does the County hereby accept
responsibility for maintenance, repair, or upkeep of said roads.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOOP OF ROSE LANE, DAISY LANE, AND
WILLOW LANE AS COUNTY ROADS AND INCORPORATING
SAID LOOP INTO THE COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, is entitled to accept rights-of-way as public roads and
incorporate said roads into the County Road System, pursuant to
the provisions of Section 43-2-•201, et seq., and Section 43-2-101,
et seq., C.R.S., as amended; and
WHEREAS, the County has received a Quit -Claim Deed from Jack
R. Sharp and Aubrey Sharp proposing to dedicate and transfer to
Garfield County, Colorado, a portion of land known the Loop of Rose
Lane, Daisy Lane and Willow Lane; and
WHEREAS, residents in the vicinity of said roads have asked
that the County accept said dedication, incorporate said road into
the County Road System and perform maintenance on said road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Garfield County, as follows:
1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts the
dedication of a public right-of-way known as the Loop of Rose Lane,
Daisy Lane and Willow Lane, and as described in the copy of the
Quit -Claim Deed attached hereto as Exhibit A at Parcel 1 in said
Quit -Claim Deed and hereby orders that said road be incorporated
into the County Highway System and that the Road and Bridge
Supervisor include said road as described at Parcel 1 in Exhibit
