UTILITY REPORT
LAND SURVEYING
The proposed small contractor's yard on Parcel is north of the existing structures and on Parcel 3
and 4 of the Parcel B, Rifle Village South Filing 1 8.5 acres development. The yard is north of
any known existing utility services. There is a platted 10' utility easement along the eastern edge
of the proposed contractor's yard boundary. However, the existing driveway sits within this
easement and the proposed grades do no significantly change along this corridor. The contractor
must have utility locates performed before any grading is performed on the property.
The contractor's yard will not require any utilities be extended from the south. The site will only
be used for equipment and construction material storage.
The traffic to and from the site will just be for drop off and pick up of materials. There will not
be any contractor staff dedicated to the location. Therefore there will be no bathrooms or
drinking water provided for the site.
