Alien, AICP COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR (303) 945-5462 The City of Glenwood Springs is now reviewing applications for building permits on three (3) parcels of land owned by the Lee Enewold family. These are located on the west side of Midland Avneue, and shown on the plats of survey enclosed with this letter. At this time, sewer service is not available to these properties and the builders on same will be dependent upon individual disposal systems if systems can be designed to function properly. If at any time in the future, sewer lines are extended into this area, connection to the public system would be accomplished. If you would do on-site inspections, percolation tests or whatever is necessary to determine feasibility of constructing individual systems, it would be appreciated. In terms of locating any tanks, leach fields, etc., please maintain a minimum distance of fifty feet (50') from the existing center line of paving on Midland Avenue.
