Regarding the mineral rights research
Dan Dennison of High Country performed the mineral rights research as described in "Legals and Public Notice
lnformation" section of both applications.
This research was performed by reviewing the property owne/s provided property documents, deeds, the title
commitment provided by Commonweath Title Company, and reviewing all of the documents with reception numbers
and book/pages numbers referenced in the title commitment found at the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder's public
records database.
