JAY 18744 Nov. 23, 2016 Our offrce has been retained by the general contractor (Michael Woelke of Mayan Piering) to observe the repair and releveling of the foundation of the noted residence. Brian Kurtz, P.E. has ãUr"-.¿ the on-going excavation and repairs onNovember 15, 2016 and November lg, 2016. At this time Mayan Piering intends to convert the fixed pier system into a sysrem of adjustable piers. The adjustable pier system will utilize extension stabilizer brací<ets manufactured by Grip-Tite Manufacturing. Note that Grip_Tite provided the original helical piers and brackets. Upon completion of the repairs and installation the nelw stabilizer brackets, the piers will, in the future, be adjustable from the surface: additional excavation and structural modification will not be necessary to adjust the piers.
