Also enclosed please find check number 8652 in the amount of $795.30, representing the $313.30 plan review fee and the $482.00 permit fee. The building is to house a natural gas compressor at Questar Pipeline's property located approximately two miles west of Rifle, Colorado. A special use permit was approved for this project at the meeting of the County Commission on November 20, 1995. Construction of the compressor and pipeline authorized by the special use permit is scheduled to begin immediately.
