The exterior stucco finish has not been completed. and, WHEREAS, the Owner is willing to make certain assurances and agreements relating to these identified code deficiencies and on the basis of such assurances the County is willing to issue a Certificate of Occupancy. NOW', THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: A. The Owner agrees to do the following: Deficiency No. 1. ACTION REQUIRED OF THE OWNER: Provide for the completion of the exterior surface of the building within ninety (90) days of the date of signing this agreement. FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED OF THE OWNER: The Owner will complete all work described herein and request inspection of all work by the Garfield County Building Department. All work shall be completed in compliance with the stated provisions of the codes currently adopted by Garfield County in a manner that will enable approval of all work.
