The Architectural Committee is in receipt of your submission
regarding your proposed improvement of Lot 4. This letter is to
inform you of the approval of your submission of your architectural
plans, the site location of th primary structure, and the site
location of the driveway leading to the primary structure. As I'm
sure you are well aware all future structures, or improvements of
any kind must be reviewed by the Architectural Committee in a new
submission. This approval only regards the materials received by
this Committee and dated March 20, 1991.
I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that a metering
system is required on each home for the purpose of metering water
usage. Please review Article IV, Section 5 of the Declaration of
Protective Covenants for details.
