Registered Professional Engineer 2937 Four Corners Drive, Grand Junction, CO 81503 cell: 970/250-9242 e-mail: qaryreeder34@qmail.com RE: Underpinning (Piering) Project — Final Report 524 County Road 259 Rifle, CO 81650 In summary, the concrete foundation walls where piered are stabilized. The push piers were installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation and specifications. The lift was accomplished in a proper manner by personnel from Foundation Repair of Western Colorado (FRWC). The two attached drawings show the post -lift elevations and the amount of lift that was attained. The "Post -Lift Elevations" drawing can be used as a benchmark for future reference. Although the south wall is 1-1/4" lower than the high area at the stairway, this wall along its length is level. Further lifting would have distorted the floor in the other levels. The south deck off the main level was adjusted as shown on the "Amount of Lift" drawing. Please call me if you have any questions. Respectfully submitted, Gary R.
