In order to understand the scope of the work intended under a permit
application and expedite the issuance of a permit il is important that
complete information be provicled. Adequate and complete information
will prevent delays in the plan review process. Heviewlng a plan and the
discovery Lhat required information has not been provided by the applicant
may result in lhe delay of the permit issuance and in proceeding wilh
building construction. The owner or conlraclor may be required lo provide
this information before Lhe plnn review may proceed. This causes delays
