Dear Art,
Enclosed are two sets of garage plans for your review so that we
can obtain a building permit. Our property is Lot #16 and
located in the Pinyan Peaks Subdivision, Carbondale. Also
enclosed is a copy of a current letter addressed to the Pinyan
Peaks Architectural Control Committee reiterating approval for
the construction of the garage.
If you need additional information or have any questions, we can

GARAGE CONSTRUCTION
Dear AAC Members,
In May of 1990 plans were submitted and subsequently approved (by
Scott Writer, then the ACC) for the construction of our home and
detached garage. During the construction process, we decided to
postpone the construction of the garage due to finances. At this
time we are ready and plan to begin construction during October.
The plans for the garage have not changed from those approved in
1990. Since the current members were not serving on the ACC at
the time of our approval, I am providing a set of plans for your
information. Essentially, the garage will be located in the area
we currently park. It will be wood construction, stained to
match the house with the same black roof. There will be
provisions made for future completion of the attic space as a
studio/office. No living space will be provided.
If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to
contact me. Again, as approvals are already in place, I intend
to begin construction within the next couple of weeks.
