Attached are two sets of plans and the Building Permit Application for the
above job. Like everyone else this time of year we are in a rush to beat
the weather and would appreciate processing as soon as possible.
The foundation design is in process with L. J. Lindauer and will be ready
in about a week. As soon as I have them in hand I will forward two copies
to you for your file. I was hoping that we could at least complete the
plan check process while the foundation design is in process.
Please let me know if anything further is needed. A check in the amount
of $570.78 is enclosed for the Permit fee as well as the Plan Check fee.

The following comments based on the 1988 edition of the
Uniform Building Code shall be resolved prior to the
issuance of the building permit. The purpose of this review
is to provide for minimum protection of life, limb, health,
property, environment and for the safety and welfare of the
consumer and general public as regulated by the UBC.
1. The foundation plans provided do not conform to ,,/)//("'

foundation for the house at this location have been inspected and approved. Our
records indicate that the footing was inspected and approved by Garfield County
building inspector Ken Longsine on December 2, 1994 and the foundation wall was
inspected and approved by him on December 8, 1994.
