(1973) Section 30-28-101(10)(a) - (d) as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02.17(d) and 3.02.01, the undersigned MARGARET SAUNDERS respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution A parcel in the SE 1/4 of Section 14, T7S, R88W, 6th P.M. (see Attachment A) more fully hereinafter described, from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S. The parcels contain the following approximate acreages: Parcel 1: 6.6 acres Parcel 2: 7.8 acres Parcel 3: 20.6 acres There are no site conditions contrary to the intent of the subdivision regulations. A. Adequate building sites exist on each parcel. B. Two wells exist on the property. The first well, estimated at 20 gpm by the driller, will serve Parcels 1 and 2. The second well estimated at 15 gpm will serve Parcel 3. C. Soil conditions appear to be adequate for septic tank/leach field disposal systems. D. Access to Parcels 1 and 2 will be directly from County Road 112. Access to Parcel 3 will be provided by an existing access easement.
