PROJECT DESCRIPTION_
Existing Use: Single family home with small detached shed
Proposed Use (From Use Table 3-403): Building or Structure, Accessory
Description of Project: We wish to construct an addition to our small shed to accomodate storage and provide a work space.
The small lot size, topography, and accessibility limit the locations of an additional structure. The east side of the existing shed is
the only location that would not require additional engineering and excessive earthwork, therefore being cost prohibitive. We are
requesting a 16.1' front yard setback variance, reducing setback from 25' to 8.9' to include a 4' tall rock wall east of the proposed
structure. Since the road was constructed 6.8' away from the front property line, setback from wall to road would actually be 15.7'.
