This morning Mr. Don Owens of this department visited the construction site at my request to provide me with a status report of the construction on this project. Mr. Owens reported the following observations: 1. The house and the garage were roofed and sheathed, styrofoam has been applied to exterior walls but no provisions were made for shear at the building comers. 2. The garage was sheathed with O.S.B. board. 3. No electrical wiring has been installed. 4. No insulation has been installed but there is some insulation on site. 5. No heat ducts have been installed but there is some ducting on site. 6. No siding has been installed but there is some on site. 7. The furnace has been set but the installation has not been completed. 8. Interior partitions have been framed. 9. Stairs to 2nd floor have been roughed in. 10. Garage has some building materials stored in it: -Gypsum drywall. -Window and door trim. -Insulation -Plumbing fixtures and Misc.
