It is a shed used for storage that was built without a permit. Michael sent them a letter and they came in and filled out the permit. Mr. Bernie Willey is going to contact his father in California to discuss this with him. They may be interested in calling this an agricultural building. However, Mark said that he did not think that this property was being used for an agricultural use. When you look at the building, would you please look at the use of the property and give me an opinion on whether or not it is agricultural. I asked Mr. Willey to make out a check for the $144.00 fees on the permit. He may or may not have this depending on what his father has to say about it.
