Thanks for sending over this updated amended plan for your barn which is currently under construction at Roaring Fork
Preserve. I've attached a copy of the drawing with my approval notations, and you should print out & attach this to your
approved set of plans at the job site.

Please note that I've also added a note for a new door located between the garage and dwelling unit to be a 20-mínute
rated door in order to provide the required separation between garage/dwelling.
Plan review of these amended plan changes results in a 550.00 review charge, and I have copied Brooke & Lindsay at the
front desk so that they are aware of this additional charge to your account. You can simply call them & pay over the
phone with a credit card, or if you like you can stop by the office with a check. Please note that before you can call for an
inspection for these related changes, you will need to pay this additional fee.
