The following is a summary of Battlement Mesa's comments regarding
the "plan series" that you presented to us on September 4. The
majority of the comments apply to elevations since we would rely
on Wood Bros. experience with regard to floor plans.

This plan would not be
allowed on corner lots when
elevation 11 8 11 is used.

In addition to the above specific comments we would require roof over-
hangs on all gable ends. While the size of this overhang is somewhat
flexible we recommend a minimum of 12 inches.
To further clarify items we have discussed I have attached a final
copy of our Minimum Construction Standards for Monument Creek Village,
Section One (MCV-1).
In answer to your question regarding the use of a sales trailer prior
to constructing a permanent facility we will allow a trailer, but with
limitations. Specifically, those limitations would be: that we be
allowed to approve any trailer prior to it being placed in MCV-1;
that the trailer be placed on a lot owned by Wood Bros., as opposed /
to a lot owned by BMI or on the street; that construction of a permanen~
sales office commence not later than December 1, 1981; and that the
sales trailer be removed from MCV-1 by April 1, 1982.
